If you sign up during our enrollment period the $99 setup fee is waived.

DriveYourKPI.com™ is web-based allowing you easy access from anywhere.

Your data is manually entered in using quick and easy daily and monthly data entry forms. We are working on integration options with shop management software programs.

Your data is stored on a secure server and your data and dashboard are accessible to only you and our support team, as well as our coach, Rick White.

There are many KPIs that are tracked including average daily sales, effective labor rate, gross profit percentage for labor, parts, tire and overall, average invoice amount, daily invoice count, hours per repair order, breakeven amount per day, and much more.

The basic level subscription measures only end of month data while the advanced level subscription measures your daily and end of month data. The Advanced Level subscription provide additional dashboards, as well as access to a new dashboard (to be released soon) that will allow you to see the impact that labor rate and/or efficiency changes can have on your shop's overall financial health.
